At Chelsea Peers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your loungewear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return items in their original condition within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the clothing is unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
